Functions of the Division
  • Vigilance clearance in respect of all officers/officials of Supply Division
  • Vigilance related matters in respect of personnel of Indian Supply Service, Indian Inspection Service and officers/officials of CSS,CSSS, CSCS cadre & MTS working in Supply Division including vigilance related court cases
  • Vigilance matters including noting/permission/sanctions ,etc. of transactions reported under provisions of Conduct Rules
  • Maintenance of APAR of all the officers/officials of Supply Division
  • All complaints in the form of allegation of corruption in respect of all officers/officials working in Supply Division
  • Disciplinary proceedings against officers of ISS, IIS and officers/officials of CSS, CSSS,​ CSCS cadre & MTS working in Supply Division
  • Appeal, petitions, court cases, arising out of disciplinary proceedings involving vigilance angle
  • Determination of Appointing/ Disciplinary authorities under the provisions of CCS(CCA)Rules​
  • in respect of posts of the above services in Supply Division
  • Maintenance of immovable property return in respect of all officers of Indian Supply Service and Indian Inspection Service Officers
