The payment and accounting of Supply Division, including those of DGS&D, are performed by the Office of Chief Controller of Accounts (Supply Division) under the Departmentalized Accounting System. Payment to suppliers across the country are made through this organization at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. Internal Audit functions are also carried out in respect of 9 CDDO and 16 Non-CDDO situated at various places in the country.
