The Department of Commerce follows the rules and regulations, instruction and manuals, such as, Fundamental and Supplementary Rules, General Financial Rules, Delegation of Financial Power Rules, Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, All India Services Rules, General Provident Fund Rules, service/establishment manuals and instructions, etc, prescribed and published by Ministry of Personnel, Pension and Public Grievance, Department of Expenditure. No separate Rules and Regulations are framed by the Department.
